Raw Food cooking class

Don and Ruth took a trip up to the sunny coast to enjoy an Uttley Food Raw class with Jim and Roslyn Uttley in their beautiful home in Buderim. The class began at 9am with a sumptuous breakfast of fresh fruit and special toppings full of life. As we sat in the warm gentle sunshine of their out door area, there was a buzz in the air as we met other curious foodies and chatted about how we all came to be at this event.
 
 
 
Breakfast was soon over and we took our seats for the food class in theirkitchen where the oven is used as storage and the cook tops are covered by a piece of matching marble for extra bench space. We were all welcomed the Hawaiian way with a greeting and a Lei.
 
The kitchen Angels ( Ros's lovely assistants)  were hovering around  Roslyn a bright eyed very vivacious chef as they started chopping she started to share her and Jims 34 year journey to Freedom the fresh alive way. She spoke of the life they had created and the vitality they live in every day.
 
 
Roslyn promoted the 2012 as a great addition to any diet for its potent nutritional and Probiotic content.
 
We learnt that Spirulina, Bee Pollen, Goji Berries and Brewers Yeast are complete proteins the best source of protein and really easily absorbed.
 
We learnt that we need 72 minerals everyday and these can be found in Black Strap Molasses, Brewers Yeast and Plant based Calcium powder.
 

We learnt that the best way to increase vitality and Immune stability is to have water soluble Vitamin C and B complex these can be found in Camu Camu Powder, Goji Berries, and Brewers Yeast.
 
So Don and the NuFerm Team have increased the raw content of his diet the ideal ratio is 80% raw to 20% cooked. Its easier than you think, we've started having a glass of water, then a glass of blended fruits mixed with water, Maca, Camu Camu, plant based calcium powder, Goji berries, Chia seeds, 2012, Cocao nibs, Bee Pollen and Green barley.
 
 
 
Maria Waldock, Budrims Live Blood Annalist told us that a fatty diet causes congestion in the lymphatic system and that lowering harmful oils from our diet would reduce inflammation in the lymph system. With an increase in lymphatic congestion this causes the immune system to overreact increasing food sensitivities and allergies. This explains the increase in all kinds of autoimmune diseases, it's our responsibility, we are the ones putting the food in our mouths.
