The answer is there is very little difference between Green Barley and Wheat Grass. They both have the same nutritional value when grown under the same conditions. Our Certified Organic Green Barley is grown in the pristine, glacial fed Canterbury Plains of New Zealand.

TIME CONSUMING BUT WORTH IT 
Highly Nutritious and SUPER Tasty 

Ingredients

(Makes enough for 2-4 people)
- A big table spoons of Green Barley (CLICK HERE TO ORDER)
- 1 X spoon of Organic 2012 or FermPlus (CLICK HERE TO ORDER)
- 100g mixture of unsalted nuts (e.g.; cashews, Brazil, walnuts, hazel, almonds)
- 1/2 a cup of Chia seeds (whole)
- Table Spoon of Hemp Oil (CLICK HERE TO ORDER)
- 1 X Passion fruit
- 1 X Apple
- 1 X Banana
- 1 X Pear
- One cup of Clean water (not tap water) 
Prior Preparation 
Soak the Chia Seeds and Nuts in warm water (separately) for a couple of days. Soak enough to last a whole week. Soaking in warm water is done as the chia needs to expand and it encourarges the nuts to produce beneficial enzymes and to neutralise the enzyme inhibitors. 
Now the easy part
Place all of the above ingredients in a blender, blend and serve 
 
You can change the ingredients be creative add in different fruits or vegetables to your liking. Adjust the amount of 2012/FermPlus, Green Barley and water to what you feel is right for you.
