Homemade Fish Fingers

(from Wise Healthy Living ) 

Ingredients: 

500g thick fish fillets, bones removed
½ - ¾ cup allowable flour (i.e. Buckwheat flour)

½ - ¾ cup nut milk

1 ½ cups lightly toasted sesame seeds or finely ground almonds

Directions:

1. Cut fish into finger shapes. 2. Roll in flour. 3. Dip into milk.

Repeat steps 2 & 3.

4. Roll into sesame seeds or ground nuts till coated.

5. Bake in a moderate oven (175 Degrees) for approximately 30 minutes.
Serve with homemade potato chips and tossed green salad.

 

This recipe is free from dairy products, wheat, yeast corn, sugar, eggs, soy, orange and nightshades.
