Bali Meat Balls 
Dairy Free and Gluten Free Recipe

 
INGREDIENTS
500 grams Beef Minced
1 Large Carrot
1 Tsp Honey
2 Tsp Tamari
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
1Tsp Curry Powder
1 Onion Diced
2 Cloves of Garlic Minced
1/2 Cup Chopped Cashews
1 Potato boiled and mashed
1 egg.
 
Method 
 
Combine all ingredients and marinate for 1-2 hours. Mould into balls and fry till cooked in the middle. serve with  a Gluten free peanut sauce and rice. Add water if mixture is too thick. Can also add Hemp flour for added fibre.
