Downward dog pose-

Shoulder opener, good for hamstring flexible-

Aim is to keep heels on the ground and keeping the legs straight

Try to pull your head between your shoulders-

 

Chest opener-

Great for poster

Opens the chest, great for chest-

Stabilising legs, hip opener,

Try to centre yourself,

Aim for time- stop before fatiguing

Try to straighten back, hold the weight in your hands for balance
