Try this Scrumptious Receipe .... 

Rissoles with a tangy sauce 

Very simple rissole recipe 

- Lamb Mince 

- one grated Zucchini  and - one grated carrot

- Himalayan Rock salt and cracked pepper 

- and one egg (optional only helps bind mince together) 

Mix well then make into palm size balls 

They can be cooked in the oven or in a frying pan 

The best part of the recipe is the tangy Sauce 

Add the following ingredients into a food processor 

- roasted capsicum

- pitted olives 

- teaspoon of honey

- spring onions (or red) 

- Tamari (gluten free Soy Sauce) 

- garlic cloves 

- a bit of olive oil (optional it adds a little more texture) 

- chilli sauce or real chilli's 

Blend all ingredients leave a little bit chunky for texture

 

Add the sauce to the top of the rissoles and serve with roasted veges or a fresh salad 

Its delicious and healthy a winning combination
