Three words….

#Libido*     # Hormones *    #Beauty*

The combination of this powerful trio coursing through your system at optimum levels, ensures you are truly  ‘down for love’, from the inside, out.

I’m sure we can guess why this first one, #Libido, is top of the list with regards to Valentine’s Day… a healthy sex drive is more then likely to keep you entertained for this occasion.

I’m sure we can guess why this first one, #Libido, is top of the list with regards to Valentine’s Day… a healthy sex drive is more then likely to keep you entertained for this occasion.

However health complications such PCOS, menstrual irregularities (nothing spoils a good V’Day love sesh then an ‘unexpected visitor’ down there!) not to mention an existing candida overgrowth. These can definitely impact the Libido whether it’s Valentines Day or not.

#Mind #Hormones #Peace #Harmony

Ever heard the saying “Happy wife, Happy Life”? And how about “it’s not always that which is said, but what is not said…”?   Hmmm…

I wonder if this so said wife had her hormone levels in check, after all we both know what this statement isn’t saying, don’t we?.  Healthy hormone regulation can be the difference between laughing off a saying such as this, or over analysing it to the point that we feel insecure or personally targeted. When our mind is in a peaceful place, we too are balanced and humble.

#Soul #Beauty #Vanity #Love

Beauty is said “to be in the eyes of the beholder”, & “…not only skin deep”. I completely agree! If our mental health & hormones are wreaking havoc on our insides, then chances are they are also doing the same on the outside. Acne, uneven skin tone and blemishes, weight struggles.

mood swings and body odour are clear signals that your body is out of balance, inside and out.  It might be hard to get up close and personal on Valentine’s Day if you can be smelled a mile away, or pull a ‘Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde’, don’t you agree?

OH YES! YES! YES!

I want what she’s having

Great physique and muscle tone, soft hair, clear skin and bright eyes, a smile for miles that warms your soul and a radiant confidence in the way she holds herself….YES PLEASE! In awe and envious all at once? I get it, I once was too.

What’s her secret? How does she look SO good? Where does all that energy come from?

Sound familiar? I bet whoever it was that caught your attention, had their ‘three loves’ iodine, selenium and magnesium in check, along with a gut full of righteous bacteria.

These days the quality of vitamins and minerals that naturally occur are so low that supplements and probiotics are often required to meet the RDI.

Gut health plays a much bigger role in holistic health then ever imagined possible. The Gut is often referred to as the second brain, giving the saying gut instincts a whole new meaning. If the bacteria within the gut are not balanced, we become susceptible to illness and health decline, as our ability to absorb beneficial nutrients, vitamins and minerals becomes compromised; adversely affecting other necessary functions of the body which may become deficient.
